Abraham Residences I & II are two Single Room Occupancy Independent Living residences in Seagate, Brooklyn for individuals 55 and older.

Both residences are former hotels; Abraham Residence I has 75 units, Abraham Residence II has 41 units. All of the units are studios complete with a private bath and a kitchenette which includes a refrigerator, stove and sink.

While residents prepare their own meals, there is a communal dining room where residents participate in celebrating special events. The facilities also feature lounges, outdoor verandas, a library, and a spacious garden. 

Applicants or tenants of these residences are referred to us by the New York City Department of Homeless Services and community-based organizations.
