Helpline
For any New York City residents who have questions about resources and programs available to meet their needs when struggling, and unsure of what assistance exists, including related to those impacted by the pandemic, Met Council has a call center available to answer your questions or help connect you to agency services Monday through Thursday 8am-6pm and Fridays 8am-2pm. Anyone can call the helpline and get connected to internal Met Council services they’re eligible for, but also referred to external partners for services we don’t offer (e.g. legal assistance, Medicaid enrollment).
