Lillian Wu, LMSW, is the Director of Geriatrics Programs at Met Council. Lillian oversees the Holocaust Survivor Program, Elder Abuse Prevention Program, Caregiver Support, Senior Repair, and geriatric social services at Met Council’s inclusionary housing sites and Bensonhurst COJO.
Lillian obtained her MSW from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. She has over a decade of experience in geriatrics program management where she led caregiver programs, managed Older Adult Centers, and led initiatives to support aging-in-place for senior residents of a Naturally Occurring Retirement Community (NORC). Lillian also has experience in domestic violence services where she dedicated over 5 years to counseling, supporting, and advocating for survivors.
